How to send Whatsapp messages using WhatsApp API with the help of Google sheets.

Hello folks, Hope you are doing well. Today I would love to share one interesting topic with all of you.

Is it possible to send Whatsapp messages without WhatsApp?

Don’t you think is a joke when someone asks you to send a WhatsApp message without using Whatsapp app on your smartphone?

But the thing is this is not a joke and we have an option to send messages over Whatsapp without using a smartphone.

You all are using Whatsapp on daily basis but I don’t think that anyone from your side is sending messages over Whatsapp like this.

This is one of the latest and trending tricks for understanding and before that you must aware of the term API.

API stands for Application Programming Interface and it’s a kind of intermediate between two applications for better conversation.

Steps to be followed for performing these tricks are :

1. You need to create Whatsapp App- At first, you have to visit to developers.facebook.com page on your desktop and click on create App button for creating an app for sending messages over Whatsapp.

  • You have to create your developer account on Facebook

3. Select the Whatsapp template and create- Once add a number then you need to navigate to template manager for creating a template  for sending messages over Whatsapp

4 Send a message using script-After this you need to copy the token id and template name that you created and then run that script for sending the message after adding your contact details there.
